About RingRanked

RingRanked compares AI receptionists, virtual receptionists and phone answering services for small businesses. We started it because most pages ranking for these searches are written by the vendors themselves, and every one of them concludes that its own product is best.

Who is behind it

The site is run by a small UK business owner who uses an AI phone receptionist every day in a fire and security company: answering customer calls, taking details and booking call-backs. That day-to-day use shapes what we look for in every comparison. Where we have not used a product ourselves, we say so and rely only on what the vendor publishes.

What we do not do

• We do not publish star ratings, scores or customer testimonials we have not gathered ourselves.
• We do not claim to have tested a product unless we have.
• We do not accept payment for placement or for a better position in a table.
